Reservation Rules

Please review our policies before booking:

• If you do not activate your reservation within 15 minutes of selecting your time slot, your ticket will be automatically released.
• Maximum 4 tickets per reservation.
• Bring your QR code printed or on your phone.
• If you booked through Weverse, please present the ticket available in your Weverse account.
• If you arrive after your scheduled time, you will need to make a new reservation.
